John Wallace

John Wallace started their work experience as an IT Manager at Qualigence International in February 2011. John was responsible for serving as the subject matter expert and point of contact on all IT-related issues across the organization. John also suggested, designed, and implemented solutions and developed processes for deployment, maintenance, and backup of various systems. In March 2013, they moved to Sumitomo Bakelite North America, Inc to work as an IT Infrastructure Manager. In this role, they managed a geo-diverse infrastructure team and served as a technical and project manager for the Digital Document Retention program. John also performed an Exchange 2010 to 2013 upgrade with Lync 2010 integration and planned and updated the plant network backbone and fiber connections. Since August 2017, John has been working as the VP of Enterprise Technology at United Wholesale Mortgage.

John Wallace received their high school diploma from Greater Life Academy in 2005. John then attended Oakland Technical Schools NE Campus from 2003 to 2005. Later, they pursued an Associate of Applied Science degree in Information Technology - Computer Network Systems Option from ITT Technical Institute from 2005 to 2008.
