Jeff Wear

Jeff Wear has a diverse work experience background. Jeff is currently acting as the President of Wear Advisory LLC since 2023. Prior to this, they founded and served as the President of Wear Yacht Sales LLC from 2012, where they gained extensive knowledge and experience in the boating industry. Additionally, from 2016 to 2023, Jeff held various roles at Blankfactor, including Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and Member Board of Directors. At South Florida Assets & Opperations, they worked as a Growth Management specialist from 2018 to 2022, contributing to the successful IPO of One Water Marine Group. Jeff also worked at Mariner Marine as a Sales Marketing Executive, where they achieved significant growth for the company, and at Caribee Boat Sales as a Sales and Marketing Specialist, specializing in maintaining the company's viability during the recession. Furthermore, Jeff co-founded and worked as a Growth Consultant at Wear Interactive, a Digital Marketing Agency from 2011 to 2015. Prior to these roles, they served as the President and CEO of Diebar Inc., a retail company selling high-end recreational products, from 1985 to 2008.

Jeff Wear completed a course in Fintech at Professional & Executive Development - Harvard Division of Continuing Education in 2022. Jeff also obtained a certification as a Certified Professional Yacht Broker (CPYB) from the Certified Professional Yacht Broker institution in 2010.
