Deborah Adam

Deborah Adam is CFO and owner of Innovative Produce where she leads her team to continually evolve their practices and quality to maximize the well-being of their customers, community, and company. She is an alumnus of the WomenAg Leadership Academy, past board chair of AgSafe, member of CWA, and trustee for the Santa Barbara Food Bank; and, holds a BS in Dietetics & Food Administration from California Polytechnic State University.

Deborah joined the UnitedAg Board of Directors in 2022.
