Eugene Magdel

Eugene Magdel has a diverse work experience in the software engineering field. Eugene started their career as the Co-Founder and COO at BayRu, Inc from 2007 to 2014. Then, they worked at various companies such as Chicago Sun-Times, Double Good, and Enova International in software engineering roles. Eugene also worked as an Independent Consultant at 8th Light for a brief period, where they built an Android application and implemented a process for customized deployment. Currently, they are working as a Lead Software Engineer at UnitedHealth Group.

Eugene Magdel holds a Master's degree in Computer Science with a specialization in Machine Learning from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Eugene completed this degree from 2016 to 2019. Prior to this, Eugene attended the University of Illinois Chicago from 2006 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, with a minor in Biology.
