Genelle Heim

Genelle Heim is an experienced communications leader with a strong background in executive and employee communications, currently serving as Senior Director of Human Risk Management at UnitedHealth Group since May 2022. Prior to this role, Genelle founded Grayson Hayden Group, a boutique marketing and communications agency focusing on Thought Leadership, Executive Communications, Crisis Communications, and Marketing Strategy. Notable clients included Pluralsight, Genentech, and Adobe. Previously, Genelle held the position of Senior Director of Employee and Executive Communications at Cadence Design Systems, where messaging revolved around AI, IoT, and 5G. Genelle also directed communications for executives at VMware. Educational credentials include a Master of Public Administration from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Japanese from UC Santa Barbara.
