Joe Patterson

Joe Patterson, MSOL, has extensive experience in healthcare management, currently serving as Senior Director of Individual and Family Plan Network Strategy at UnitedHealth Group since March 2015. Joe has held multiple leadership roles at UnitedHealth Group, including Director and Senior Program Manager, demonstrating a strong background in network strategy. Prior to this, Joe worked as a Credentialing & Enrollment Specialist at Kalamazoo Family Health Center Inc. and a Credentialing Coordinator at Tawas St Joseph Health System. Joe began the career as a Resident Care Aide at Kalamazoo Psychiatric Hospital. Academically, Joe holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Northwood University - DeVos Graduate School and a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Health Services from Western Michigan University.
