Louis Fried's work experience spans over several decades in the healthcare industry. Louis began their career in 1996 at MHN/Health Net, where they served as the Director of National Account Services, overseeing various departments and leading the implementation of new accounts. During their tenure, they focused on performance improvement and executed several quality improvement initiatives.
In 2007, Louis joined Aetna as the National Head of Quality Management for the Employee Assistance Program. Louis successfully brought the national program into regulatory compliance and oversaw policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives.
Louis then moved to Optum, Inc. in 2013, where they held the position of Head of Global Client Services. In this role, they aligned global departments and projects, improving efficiency and the consistency of services provided. Louis was responsible for client services, customer satisfaction, quality management, account management, and training globally.
Currently, Louis works at UnitedHealthcare Global as the Director of Global Services Sales Support.
Louis Fried has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology from California State University, Northridge. Louis also has a Master of Science (MS) degree in Clinical Psychology from Pacific Graduate School of Psychology. Additionally, they hold a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Psychology from Pepperdine University. Louis Fried also has a certification as a Licensed Life Agent from the California Department of Insurance.
