Michał Wałachowski

Micha Roon is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in engineering leadership and innovation across various sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering at The Hashgraph Association since May 2023, Micha supports innovative projects for startups, enterprises, and government entities. As the owner and founder of managination since 2005, Micha enhances the software development landscape by promoting a dynamic and reliable development process. Previous roles include Head of Web3 Engineering at NOUMENA DIGITAL AG and Chief Technology Officer at bonq, where Micha focused on self-sovereign finance solutions. Additional leadership positions at Energy Web as Chief Innovation Officer and Share&Charge as Foundation Board member and CTO further demonstrate expertise in decentralized technology integration. Micha is also recognized for contributions to the IIB Council and holds educational qualifications including a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Lausanne and a Fintech certification from MIT.
