Raymond McCormick has a diverse professional background with significant experience in pharmacy and customer service. Currently serving as a Pharmacy Technician at United Rx since February 2018, Raymond has successfully implemented daily workflow procedures that enhanced team productivity and managed the accurate counting and labeling of prescriptions. Prior to this role, Raymond worked at Infinity Health Care Management as an IT Helpdesk Tier 1 for a brief period and honed customer service skills as a Barista at Starbucks from November 2011 to November 2017, where customized training strategies were developed based on individual team member strengths.
