Marsha Serlin

Founder and CEO at United Scrap Metal

For over 40 years, Marsha has been working as an industry pioneer and successful business owner. In 1978, she founded United Scrap Metal with no more than $200 and a rental truck. Nearly 40 years later, United Scrap Metal serves over 6,500 customers across the country. Her story has been featured in the New York Times, CNN, Chicago Tribune, The Oprah Winfrey Show, Forbes, and she was recently inducted into the Women in Manufacturing Hall of Fame.
