Luke Laird has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Luke started their career at BellSouth International, Inc. where they held various roles including Industrial Engineer, Environment, Health and Safety Manager, Network Manager, and Specialist Course Development and Delivery. During this time, they trained managers, improved safety results, managed network services, and developed and delivered training courses. Laird then joined AT&T as a Senior Network Process and Quality Manager, where they developed employee coaching programs and facilitated cross-functional work teams. Prior to this, they worked at Hale County Board of Education as a Physical Science Teacher and Coach at Hale County High School as the Head Football Coach and Athletic Director. Laird then transitioned to Copiah-Lincoln Community College where they served as the Director of Workforce Development and established the fiber splicing program. Currently, they are the Director of Business Development/Training at UniTek Global Services, where they are responsible for developing and executing a business development strategy and managing the company's training program.
Luke Laird has pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Management at the University of Phoenix. Additionally, they have studied Speech Communication at Louisiana State University.
