Partnership Development Specialist/eagle Gate College at Unitek Learning

CD Breshears has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. They began their career in 2000 as an Operations Supervisor at Roaring Springs Water Park, where they were responsible for maintaining a positive customer experience and handling emergency situations.

In 2003, CD Breshears joined the United States Marine Corp as an Infantry Squad Leader/Security Forces Specialist, showcasing their leadership skills and dedication to security.

After their military service, they worked as an Internship Human Resources at The Good Samaritan Society in 2009, gaining experience in HR processes. Simultaneously, CD Breshears joined the Idaho Air National Guard as a Security Forces Craftsmen and later transitioned to a role as a Production Recruiter, handling employment records and hiring processes.

In 2015, they joined the Center for Excellence in Higher Education as a Presenter/Recruiter/High School and Community Partnerships, utilizing their presentation skills and establishing partnerships.

In 2016, CD Breshears joined the Idaho State Department of Education as the GEAR UP State Coordinator/Counselor Support. They demonstrated exceptional skills in management, data analysis, and budgeting to administer and implement the GEAR UP Idaho program.

In 2017, CD Breshears joined the Center for Excellence in Higher Education once again, this time as a High School Engagement Coordinator. They served as a coordinator and collaborated with various partners to enhance high school engagement. At the same time, they also worked as an Adjunct Faculty at Treasure Valley Community College, contributing to the academic development of students.

Lastly, in 2020, CD Breshears joined Unitek Learning as a Partnership Development Specialist at Eagle Gate College, further expanding their expertise in partnership development.

CD Breshears completed an Associate's degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from Community College of the Air Force from 2009 to 2010. They went on to pursue a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General at Boise State University, which they attended from 2000 to 2011. CD Breshears later obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from Independence University, completing the program from 2016 to 2017.
