Debbie Godsen Depalma

Debbie Godsen DePalma is an accomplished educator with extensive experience in faculty development and instructional coaching. Currently serving as a Senior Faculty Development Specialist at Unitek Learning since January 2023, Debbie leads a team of 30 mentors and develops active learning courses to enhance teaching effectiveness. Previous roles include Faculty Development Specialist at Unitek Learning, Adjunct Faculty Instructor at the College of Charleston, and Instructional Coach for the Berkley County School District. Debbie has also worked as a Staff Developer at Learning Sciences International, an Adjunct Instructor at Nazareth College, and a Curriculum Developer and Trainer at Discovery Charter School. Additionally, experiences as a Reading Specialist at the New York State Reading Resource Center highlight Debbie's commitment to improving educator skills through personalized coaching and comprehensive training. Debbie holds a Master of Science in Education & Human Development from SUNY Brockport and a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from the State University of New York at Oswego.
