Regulatory Project Specialist at Unitek Learning

Diana Forte has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Diana currently works as a Regulatory Project Specialist at Unitek Learning since October 2022. Prior to that, Diana worked at Austin Peay State University as a Coordinator, Student Life and Engagement from August 2017 to June 2022. In this role, they managed various operations and updates related to the university's student engagement platform, recruited students for employment and leadership roles, supervised the Student Organization Council, and organized campus-wide events.

Before their time at Austin Peay State University, Diana worked as a University Counselor (Military Division) at Grand Canyon University from June 2016 to October 2016. In this position, they guided prospective students through the admissions process, advised students throughout their degree programs, and built relationships to support their educational goals.

From January 2015 to January 2016, Diana served as an Executive Assistant, Operations at OneLegacy. In this role, they provided project management and administrative support to the Vice President of Tissue Operations and their team, collaborated with internal staff across departments, and helped train new employees.

Prior to that, Diana worked at the Center for Excellence in Higher Education as an Admissions Consultant & Financial Planner from February 2013 to August 2014. In this role, they advised potential students on degree programs, assisted management with operational strategy, and trained regional colleagues on a new data management system.

From April 2011 to February 2013, Diana worked as a Student Relations Specialist & Student Advisor (Military Division) at Bridgepoint Education. Their responsibilities included providing support to veteran and military students, managing a student case load, and serving as a point of contact for questions and problem resolution.

Earlier in their career, Diana worked as an Assistant Loan Processor at Alliance Financial Resources from August 2010 to March 2011, where they compiled loan documentation and reviewed loan applications. Diana also served as an Assistant Service Representative at U.S. Private Insurance Group from June 2009 to August 2010, providing administrative support and managing client records.

Additionally, Diana has experience in mentoring and coaching as a Judge and Coach for the National American Miss Scholarship Pageant from 2004 to 2007. Diana mentored contestants on interview and presentation skills, organized state pageant activities, and served as a judge for pageants in multiple states.

Furthermore, Diana has worked as a Customer Service Representative at Schaller Anderson from May 2005 to December 2005.

Diana Forte has a bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus on Political Science and Communications from Arizona State University, which they obtained between the years 2004 and 2008. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Communication with a concentration in Marketing from Austin Peay State University, completing it from 2017 to 2020.

In addition to their degrees, Diana Forte has also obtained several certifications. In May 2014, they earned a Nonprofit Management Certificate from the University of San Diego. Diana further enhanced their skills by obtaining a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in May 2021. Most recently, in September 2022, Diana completed two online courses, namely Foundations of Project Management and Project Initiation: Starting a Successful Project, offered by Coursera.
