Sara Cramlet

Sara Cramlet SPHR has over 20 years of extensive work experience in human resources. Sara is currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Unitek Learning since May 2019. Prior to this, they worked as the Vice President of Human Resources at Doorway Home Loans from October 2016 to May 2019.

Sara Cramlet also held the position of Human Resources Manager at Trofholz Technologies from April 2011 to October 2016. In this role, they were responsible for the HR function, including budgeting, forecasting, planning, and implementing HR programs.

Before joining Trofholz Technologies, Sara Cramlet worked as a Human Resources Consultant at 830 Solutions from July 2010 to February 2011. Sara'sresponsibilities included providing HR consulting and services to small and mid-size software and architecture companies in California and Arizona.

Prior to this, they served as the Global Human Resource Director at Clear-Com Communication Systems from June 2009 to April 2010. Sara provided HR leadership to a communication company and managed a team of 150 employees.

Sara Cramlet also worked as the Global Human Resource Manager at Global IP Solutions in 2008, where they provided HR support globally to the organization and directed the development and coordination of various HR initiatives.

Sara started their career at Stantec in 2005 as an HR Generalist and worked there until 2008. In this role, they supported multiple locations and was involved in employee relations, training and development, recruiting, and compensation and benefit administration.

Sara Cramlet's work experience also includes serving as an HR Generalist at Nordstrom from June 2002 to May 2005, where they provided HR support to a store with 800 employees in San Francisco. Additionally, they worked as an Account Manager at Sapphire Technologies in 2002, where they developed business alliances and provided IT professionals on contract basis.

Sara Cramlet started their career as an Assistant Manager at CulverCareers in 1998 and served in this role until 2001.

Sara Cramlet SPHR completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Marketing from San Francisco State in 1996. Sara then pursued further education in Human Resource Management by obtaining a Masters degree from Golden Gate University. Sara later pursued a second Master's degree from the same university, specializing in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General.
