Helder da Costa currently serves as an Information Systems Engineer at Unitel since September 2022, where recognition as the Top Student was achieved during intensive training relevant to the company's core business. In addition, Helder holds multiple positions, including In-Country Focal Point at the Global Center on Adaptation and Partner at International Business Consulting, Lda, focusing on international market expansion. As Co-Founder and Executive Director of Nervi and Founding President of Planeta Consciente, leadership is a prominent aspect of Helder's professional role. Furthermore, Helder completed a Fellowship in Leadership in Public Management at Texas Tech University in mid-2025 and earned a Licentiate degree in Engenharia de Computação from the Instituto Superior Politécnico de Tecnologias e Ciências in May 2023.
