Moacir A. Anapaz Martins

Moacir A. Anapaz Martins is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in telecommunications and project management. Currently serving as a Core PS Equipment Certification Engineer at Unitel since September 2019, Moacir is responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and certification of Core PS equipment. Previous roles include Core PS Planning & Engineering Network Technician at Unitel SA Angola, where responsibilities focused on the planning and optimization of core network elements. Moacir also has experience as an Operation's Manager for Condomínio Villas do Atlantico, a Consultant/Project Manager for CM Projects’ Development, and a Customer Project Manager at Ericsson for various projects. Early career included positions at BFA - Banco de Fomento Angola and Visgo - Segurança e Protecçao, focusing on IT support and security systems. Moacir holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences from Universidade Privada de Angola and additional qualifications in civil construction and computer sciences.
