Azamat Satybaldiyev

Azamat Satybaldiyev has had a diverse and extensive work experience in the legal field. Azamat has worked as the Chief Legal Officer at Beeline Uzbekistan since May 2023. Prior to that, they served as an Independent Non-executive director at Forte Finance JSC starting in October 2021. Azamat also worked at AltynGold PLC as an In-House Counsel, specializing in international transactions, M&A, and global capital markets from May 2022 to May 2023. Azamat has held the position of General Counsel at JSC Tranco from May 2021 to February 2022. Azamat's experience includes being the Head Of Legal at Astana International Exchange - AIX from February 2020 to May 2021. Earlier in their career, Azamat worked as a Project Consultant at Paladigm Capital and pursued an LLM in Corporate and financial services law at the National University of Singapore. Azamat also served as the Head Of Legal at QAZKOM (Kazkommertsbank JSC) from November 2014 to August 2017, and at BTA Bank from February 2013 to June 2016. Azamat Satybaldiyev earned a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree in International law from the Kazakh Institute of Law and International Relations. Subsequently, they pursued a Master of Laws (LLM) degree in Corporate and financial services law from the National University of Singapore in the years 2018 to 2019.
