Ella Pham is a highly motivated individual with diverse experiences across various roles in marketing, human resources, and interpreting. Currently serving as a Publicity Officer for the Warwick Vietnamese Society and a Vietnamese Interpreter for Unitemps, Ella has demonstrated strong communication skills in translating for counseling sessions. Previous experience as a Marketing Associate for the Warwick ASEAN Conference involved creating engaging content that enhanced student participation. Ella's background in recruitment as a Human Resources Summer Analyst at AZIBAI Business Social Network resulted in improved efficiency in interview scheduling, while earlier work as an HR Assistant involved supporting onboarding processes. With a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Warwick, complemented by a background in Human Resources Management, Ella is equipped with a solid academic foundation and practical experience in fostering community engagement and student well-being.
