Clay Madar

Clay Madar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in asset and lease management, product development, and business process improvement. Currently serving as the Director of Asset & Lease Management at Uniti Group Inc. since April 2020, Clay oversees tenant relationships for leased networks and manages capital improvement programs. Prior experience includes nearly 13 years at Windstream Enterprise, where Clay held multiple leadership roles, notably as Director of Product and Business Development, focusing on sales growth through access services. Clay also contributed to process optimization as a Senior Consultant and served as a Senior Product Manager for the Wholesale business unit. Earlier career roles included positions in internal audit and accounting at Deltic Timber Corporation and Murphy Oil. Clay holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Harding University.
