David Schirack

David Schirack is an experienced financial executive currently serving as the Chief Procurement Officer and Senior Vice President of Finance at Uniti Group Inc. since August 2025. Prior to this role, David held multiple senior positions at Windstream from October 2021 to August 2025, including Chief Procurement Officer, Senior Vice President of Finance, and Senior Vice President of Enterprise Finance and Access.
