Jeff Austin

Jeff Austin is an experienced executive with a robust career in network services and engineering operations. Currently serving as EVP and President of Shared Services at Uniti Group Inc. since August 2025, Austin previously held notable positions at Windstream as Chief Network Officer and EVP of Network Services, and Chief Technology Officer. His extensive tenure at Comcast spanned over 26 years, culminating in the role of Corporate Vice President of Engineering Operations & Network Services, where Austin led significant initiatives in process optimization and performance metrics across the organization. Early career experience includes industrial engineering roles at University Hospitals, focusing on real-time automation and inventory control. Austin holds an MBA from The Citadel and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Texas Tech University.
