Jesse Flack

Jesse Flack is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business consulting and sales management. Currently serving as a Senior Business Consultant at Uniti Group Inc. since August 2025, Flack previously held a similar role at Windstream from November 2021 to August 2025, focusing on creating network solutions. Prior to that, Flack spent nearly a decade at AT&T in various roles, including Kinetic Area Sales Manager and Sr Business Consultant, where responsibilities encompassed cash management, retail operations, and customer interaction. Flack began a career in facilities management as a Facilities Coordinator at the University of Central Arkansas, where operational procedures and staff interviews were managed. Flack holds two Bachelor of Science degrees in Health/Health Care Administration/Management and Health Services from the University of Central Arkansas.
