Jim Richy

Jim Richy is a seasoned professional in the technology and telecommunications sectors, currently serving as Vice President of Architecture and Development at Uniti Group Inc. since August 2025. Prior experience includes the role of Vice President of Product Development at Windstream from December 2017 to August 2025, and a significant tenure as Senior Developer at Broadview Networks, now part of Windstream, from October 2003 to December 2017. Earlier in his career, Jim Richy worked as a Senior Developer for High Speed Entertainment from 2001 to October 2003.
