Kathleen Wyatt

Kathleen Wyatt currently serves as the Senior Director of Financial Reporting and Risk Management at Uniti Group Inc., a position held since August 2017, after previously holding the title of Director of Accounting and Internal Controls. Prior to joining Uniti Group Inc., Kathleen Wyatt worked at PwC as a Senior Manager from January 2006 to August 2017. Kathleen Wyatt earned a Master of Accountancy (MAcc) degree in Accounting from the University of Central Arkansas, where studies took place from 2001 to 2005.
