Maria Vittoria Paganoni

Maria Vittoria Paganoni currently serves as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Uniting since May 2023. Prior to this role, Maria worked at Randstad Professionals Italia from May 2022 to May 2023 as a Recruiter focused on Digital and New Media, specializing in the recruitment of Sales and Marketing profiles. Maria gained initial experience as a Talent Acquisition Intern at Sicuritalia S.p.A. from November 2021 to May 2022, where responsibilities included analyzing hiring needs, conducting candidate screenings, and managing the onboarding process. Additionally, Maria completed various internships in the legal field between May 2019 and May 2021. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Human Resources from 24ORE Business School and a Law degree from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna.
