Jacinda Valeontis

Jacinda Valeontis has a diverse work experience across various industries. Jacinda is currently working at Uniting AgeWell as a Digital Marketing Lead, where they oversee the digital marketing strategies of the company. Prior to that, they worked as a Digital Marketing Specialist at the same company. Jacinda also has experience as a Freelance Writer for AtlasOpen and Aphra Magazine, where they produced engaging content and conducted interviews with talent. At the University of Melbourne, they worked as a Content Producer, responsible for creating content for external relations. Jacinda has also served as a Content Editor at Content Empire and as a Legal Intern at Refugee Advice & Casework Service (RACS) where they assisted lawyers and performed administrative duties. Early in their career, they gained experience as an Online Intern at Amnesty International Australia, producing digital content and conducting research, and as a Membership Intern at GetUp, where they assisted in building relationships with members and created digital content.

Jacinda Valeontis completed their Bachelor of Media (Communications and Journalism) degree with a focus on International Relations and Spanish at UNSW from 2009 to 2012. Jacinda then pursued a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree at UNSW starting in 2013.
