Phil Dobson has a vast experience in sales and recruitment, with a background in owning and managing a car sales business. Currently working as a Business Manager at Uniting Ambition, Phil is skilled in delivering niche talent to high growth businesses. Prior to this, Phil worked at Phones 4u as a Senior Consultant and Recruitment Consultant, where Phil was responsible for achieving personal sales targets. Phil also holds a BTEC First Diploma in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Stoke-on-Trent College.
