Heather Fraser

Heather Fraser is an experienced healthcare professional currently serving as Clinical Manager for Home and Community Aged Care at Uniting Communities since February 2023. Prior to this role, Heather held multiple managerial positions at Life Care from January 2015 to August 2023, overseeing a campus comprising a residential facility, serviced apartments, and independent living units, while also chairing the Hotel Service Coordinator meeting and the Palliative Care Reference Group. Earlier experience includes serving as Residential Services Manager at Southern Cross Care (SA & NT) Inc., where Heather successfully led the commissioning of the site and secured accreditation. Heather holds a Diploma of Dementia Studies from the University of Stirling and a Bachelor's Degree in Registered Nursing from Flinders University, complemented by a background in Nursing Administration from Glenrothes High School.
