Nichols Lao

Nichols Lao currently serves as the Program Lead for Accreditation and Internal Audit at Uniting Vic.Tas since December 2023. Previously, Nichols held the position of Quality and Compliance Lead at Woodville Alliance Ltd from June 2021 to October 2023. Prior to that role, Nichols was employed at Tribe Breweries as a QA Coordinator and Microbiologist from March 2019 to June 2021. Nichols began the career in quality assurance as a Quality Assurance Laboratory Analyst at QA Lab from March 2017 to March 2019. Nichols holds a Master of Science degree from The University of Auckland, completed between 2015 and 2017.
