Beginning their career in the Royal Air Force as a Senior Airman, Hayleigh later transitioned to various roles such as a Prison Officer, Police Officer, and Security Officer. Currently working as a Case Manager at Uniting WA, Hayleigh focuses on supporting victims of family violence. Throughout their career, Hayleigh has demonstrated professionalism, effectiveness, and a commitment to serving and protecting others.
