In the same period, they also attended the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia, where they obtained the Chartered Accountant qualification through the Professional Year program. Prior to that, Justin earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a major in Accounting from The University of Western Australia, where they studied from 1983 to 1985. In 1991, they became a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants ANZ through Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand. In 2020, Justin enrolled in the Australian Institute of Company Directors to pursue the Company Directors Course.
