Simon Tiverios

Simon Tiverios currently serves as the General Manager of Assets & Property Development at Uniting WA, a role held since October 2023. Prior to this, Simon held positions including Associate Director at Urbis, where project leadership encompassed Property, Infrastructure Economics, and Research, and Project Director at Waypoint. Simon's significant experience includes serving as General Manager of Strategic Projects & Facilities at the WACA, overseeing a large team and managing critical events such as the ICC 2015 Cricket World Cup. Additional roles include Senior Consultant at AECOM and Coffey Sport and Leisure, contributing to strategic development and securing over $200 million in funding for clients. Simon also served as CEO of Waterpolo WA, significantly increasing membership, and began a career at the Public Transport Authority, where Simon implemented the Smartrider system. Simon's educational background includes an MBA from The University of Western Australia and various executive courses, including a Company Directors Course.
