Matt Stevenson

Matt Stevenson is a seasoned government engagement and policy leader with expertise in risk and governance. They have held various roles, including Consultant at MTS Consulting and Deputy Mayor of Glenorchy City Council, where they focused on government affairs, regulatory matters, and compliance. Additionally, Matt served as an Advisor to the Leader of the Tasmanian Opposition and managed electoral campaigns for the Liberal Party of Australia. Currently, they are involved in government relations at Uniting and work in regulatory compliance at HSBC, while pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and a Master of Regulation and Compliance at the University of Tasmania and Monash University, respectively.
