Melanie Shepherd

Melanie Shepherd has extensive experience in community services and management, beginning as a Youth Worker at Anglicare Australia from 2009 to 2010, where responsibilities included respite care and recreational activities. At Wesley Mission Victoria, from 2010 to June 2014, roles included Residential Services Care Worker, People and Culture Systems and Services Officer, and Project Support Team Leader, notably contributing to the audit for the Royal Commission Inquiry into Institutional Child Sexual Abuse.
