Tamara Pararajasingham

Tamara Pararajasingham is currently the General Manager of Impact and Innovation at Uniting, a position held since 2022, after serving as the Head of Social Impact and Communities from 2019 to 2022. With a strong background in research, social policy, and outcomes measurement, they have also held various roles at Mission Australia and Youth Off The Streets, among others. Prior to their work in the nonprofit sector, Tamara worked as a Financial Analyst at Allianz Australia and Coca-Cola Amatil. They are pursuing multiple degrees, including a Bachelor of Accounting at the University of Technology Sydney and a Master of Development Studies at the University of Melbourne.
