Fay Mound is an experienced leader in policy and advocacy within the community service sector, currently serving as the Director of Policy and Advocacy at UnitingCare Australia since March 2016, where initiatives are focused on advocacy, network strength, and service enhancement. Prior to this, Fay held several key positions at Lifeline Australia from 2002 to 2016, including General Manager of Services and Centre Development, where leadership was provided for national crisis support and suicide prevention services. Fay's diverse background also includes roles in learning and development, online services, and policy management within Lifeline, as well as contract work with Drake Personnel in various capacities. Educational achievements include a Master of Project Management, an MBA, and a Postgraduate Certificate in Management from the University of Southern Queensland.
