Governance and Strategic Oversight

The Governance and Strategic Oversight team at UnitingCare Community is responsible for ensuring the organization adheres to best practices in governance while strategically guiding its mission and objectives. This team of board members, led by the Chair and supported by the Group Executive of Governance and Director of Mission, oversees compliance, risk management, and the alignment of programs with community needs, fostering accountability and sustainability across the organization.
