Ben Fletcher

Ben Fletcher has been working in the technology field for over 15 years. Ben started their career as the Chief Technology Officer for Diio, LLC, a company that provides aviation intelligence data to airlines, airports, and other industry followers. During their time at Diio, Ben led the engineering team and was responsible for a codebase with 1.3 million lines of code. Ben also established a PCI compliant infrastructure across three data centers and created ETL and application monitoring / failover scripts.

In 2016, Ben transitioned to Senior Director of Technology at Cirium, an aviation data company. Ben led the Diio tech team through integration with Cirium and maintained a high staff retention rate. Ben also organized the team into squads and drove their formal adoption of Agile Frameworks. Ben is currently a Board Observer at unitQ, a position they have held since 2021.

Ben Fletcher's educational career began with a Bachelor of Science with honors from Stanford University in symbolic systems with a concentration in human-computer interaction.
