Amit Harari has over two decades of extensive experience in leadership roles within the fields of automation and consulting. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer and previously as the Vice President and Automation Division Manager at Unitronics since 2010, Amit oversees the division's P&L, international sales, marketing, and operations. Prior to this, Amit held the position of Vice President of Implementation and Projects at CBS Consulting, leading strategic initiatives that enhanced business efficiencies. Amit's earlier experience includes serving as a Project Manager and TOC Implementation Consultant at Goldratt Consulting, where significant improvements in project delivery and performance were achieved. Additionally, Amit led an information systems development team in the Israeli Intelligent Corps and holds an M.B.A. from Tel Aviv University, a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from the Technion, and executive training in corporate governance.

The Company also provides design, construction and maintenance services within the framework of projects for the automation, computerization and integration of computerized production and/or logistics systems, mainly automated warehouses and distribution centers, as well as automated parking systems. The products are used in petrochemical, automotive, food processing, plastics and textile, energy and environment, as well as in water and wastewater management industries. The Company has two wholly owned active subsidiaries Unitronics Inc and Unitronics House Management & Maintenance (2003) Ltd.
