David Durci

An electrical engineer, David Durci has established himself a prominent figure in the metals and advanced metals industries over the last four decades.

As Operational Readiness Manager for Unity Aluminum, David is responsible for integration of the equipment, systems, and other resources required to ensure a successful, timely, facility start-up and production ramp up. He oversees the electrical design of the Atlas facility, including integration of process and business systems and the use of analytics to advance business success.

Prior to joining Unity Aluminum, David served as the Engineering Manager at the Davenport facility of Arconic, a publicly traded company specializing in lightweight metals engineering and manufacturing. His responsibilities there included business case development for strategic projects, developing and executing capital expenditure plans, developing the engineering team, and completing commissioning/post-commissioning of automotive sheet production assets, including continuous heat treat (CASH) and A951 surface pre-treatment lines.

Dave holds a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh.
