Mercy Oke, CBAP®, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business analysis, project management, and fraud analysis across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Business Analyst at Pollard Consults since December 2023, Mercy has demonstrated expertise in stakeholder engagement and business requirements elicitation. Prior to this role, Mercy worked at CIBC as a Fraud Analyst, focusing on document analysis and fraud prevention enhancements. As a Project Manager at Unity Bank Plc, Mercy successfully managed the implementation of projects that significantly increased card issuance and activation rates. Previous roles at Heritage Bank Plc and Polaris Bank Ltd. included leadership in cross-functional teams, product management, and project coordination. Mercy holds a Bachelor's degree in Banking and Finance from Covenant University and a Master's degree in Finance from the University of Lagos.
