Olumide Olubamowo

Olumide Olubamowo, MNIQS, RQS has a diverse work experience spanning different roles in the field of project management, quantity surveying, and construction. Olumide currently holds the position of Head of the Project Management Unit at Unity Bank Plc. Prior to this role, they worked as a Quantity Surveyor and Project and Procurement Manager at Glowing OAK, where they handled a range of projects, including civil, commercial, and residential developments. Olumide also worked as a Quantity Surveyor at EFA Associates, where they gained further experience in the field. Additionally, they served as a Project Manager at Ultracon Construction, overseeing project activities and communication with the project team. Earlier in their career, they worked as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor at Collins Associates and as an Intern Quantity Surveyor at Adesanya and Partners. Olumide's experience includes tasks such as estimating project costs, preparing bills of quantities, planning and scheduling works, procuring materials, and evaluating subcontractor bids.

Prior to that, from 2009-2014, they pursued a B.Sc in Quantity Surveying at Obafemi Awolowo University. In 2005-2007, Olumide attended Iganmode Grammar School. Additionally, they hold the certification of Registered Quantity Surveyor from QSRBN.
