Frank Thielemann

Frank Thielemann is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in innovation and digital transformation. As an Executive Board Member at UNITY since October 1998, Thielemann has played a key role in helping clients achieve success in digitalization. In addition to this, Thielemann serves as Head of the Advisory Board at CP Contech Electronic GmbH and co-founded Smart Mechatronics GmbH, where engineering consulting for intelligent mechatronic systems is provided. Since January 2010, Thielemann has also held the position of Senator at acatech, the National Academy of Science and Engineering in Germany. Thielemann earned a Dr.-Ing. degree in Industrial Engineering from Paderborn University, completing studies from 1990 to 1998.
