Paulina Wiktoria Kaczmarska is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in software quality assurance and recruitment. Currently serving as a Senior Test Analyst at Unity Group since July 2021, Paulina specializes in mobile and web projects for global retail firms, focusing on automated test development, test scenario design, and defect tracking. Prior to this role, Paulina worked at Picadilla as a Software Quality Assurance Tester, where responsibilities included manual testing, CI/CD configuration, and improving QA processes. With a background in IT recruitment, Paulina has also held roles at Callstack and Hays, managing full-cycle recruitment processes and enhancing candidate experiences.
