Caitlin Bradley

Caitlin Bradley, LMHC, MBA, is an experienced mental health professional currently serving as the Director of Behavioral Health at Rochester Regional Health since January 2016. In this role, Caitlin coordinates quality review activities and guides clinical areas in implementing improvement tools to enhance patient safety and clinical excellence. Previous positions include Program Manager and Quality Improvement Coordinator within the same organization, as well as Senior Primary Therapist, providing therapeutic interventions for clients aged 5-21. Prior experience includes developing care plans and supporting individuals with disabilities at Heritage Christian Services. Caitlin holds an MBA in Health Care Administration from the State University of New York at Oswego and a Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling from the University at Buffalo, complementing a Bachelor’s Degree in International Studies from Juniata College.
