Kristie Elias

Kristie Elias is an experienced mental health professional with a robust background in clinical operations and behavioral health services. Currently serving as Director at Villa of Hope since July 2022, Kristie previously held the position of Clinical Operation Officer at CASA-Trinity, Inc. from July 2021 to July 2022. Prior expertise includes the role of Vice President of Behavioral Health at Catholic Family Center from January 2001 to July 2021, overseeing outpatient mental health and chemical dependence treatments, and serving in a preventive services capacity for at-risk families. Additional experience as Client Benefits Supervisor at DePaul involved assisting clients with obtaining essential benefits. Kristie holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from Roberts Wesleyan University.
