Richard Chip Davis is the current CEO at Rochester Regional Health. Prior to their current position, they served as the CEO & SVP South Market for Henry Ford Health System from November 2018 to March 2022. In this role, they were responsible for translating system strategy to the market and effectively managing the assets, lives and relationships for the South Market of Henry Ford Health System. Mr. Davis has also served as the President of Sibley Memorial Hospital - Johns Hopkins Medicine from July 2012 to October 2018 and as the Executive Director of Ambulatory Operations for Johns Hopkins Hospital from January 2001 to June 2012. In addition, they have served as the Vice President of Innovation and Patient Safety for Johns Hopkins Medicine from January 1993 to June 2012. Prior to their work in the healthcare industry, Mr. Davis was the President of Davis-Smithfield Holdings, Inc. from January 1989 to December 1997 and the Owner of R.O. Davis Construction from January 1984 to December 1994.

Richard Chip Davis received their PhD in Health Policy and Management from Johns Hopkins School of Public Health. Richard also has an EdM from Harvard Graduate School of Education, and a BA from University of Michigan.
