Andrea Hausel

Andrea Hausel is a seasoned expert in employee wellbeing and benefits, currently serving as the Director of Global Wellbeing and Benefits at Unity, where responsibilities include leading the development of a new wellbeing organization and managing global benefits strategies across 25 countries. As the founder of Hausel Health, Andrea specializes in creating holistic, evidence-based wellbeing programs. With previous roles at Stanford Medicine Partners and Stanford University School of Medicine, Andrea successfully designed and implemented wellness initiatives and employee wellbeing programs. A strong background in nutrition and public health, including positions at NewYork-Presbyterian/Columbia University Medical Center and Cabrini Medical Center, complements Andrea's extensive experience in the field. Educational achievements include a Master of Public Health from New York University, and a Group Benefits Associate credential from The Wharton School.
