Paul Tham

Paul Tham is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Senior Director of Development at Unity Technologies since April 2013, overseeing all 2D features and customer engagement. Prior to this role, Paul held positions at Lucasfilm as a Senior Server Engineer, focusing on backend server technologies for online games, and at Ubisoft as a Senior Server Programmer, contributing to the development of the Next-Generation Ubisoft Online Platform. Early career experience includes serving as Lead Tools Programmer at GameBrains, where Paul developed in-house game editor tools and worked on multiple game projects, and as a Programmer at Embedded Wireless Labs. Paul holds a Bachelor of Information Technology with a specialization in Computer Science from the University of Malaysia.
